Is DDI available in our geographic area?
We try to make our services available to as many people as possible because we believe that we are offering the best product out there. Taking into account the size of our current staff, we will evaluate your location and respond accordingly.
Do I have to enroll in the on-leash etiquette if I become a client?
No. While we would love to encourage your pet to become more leash-friendly, we will gladly continue to walk him the way you would desire. The price of the dogwalking service will remain the same.
What if I have to cancel on a last minute basis?
We know that "life" has its ups and downs and we don't expect you to always give us 24-hours notice. Simply email or call us as soon as possible, preferably within 12-hours, and we would be happy to apply that day's fee to another scheduled date.
What process do you use to hire employees?
Dogs Deserve It is dedicated to protecting your home and your dog. So each of our employees goes through an intensive interview process, training program and background check. They are also Pet First Aid Certified through the American Red Cross. We know that our employees reflect our company and we will settle for nothing less than superior staff and service.
